This is the Vice Chairman. As vice chairman of the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community, Glynn Crooks, pictured here in his home office, is both a tribal leader and a successful businessman. Through the work of many of its community members and leaders, the SMSC has moved from being financially distressed to one of the most economically thriving Indian tribes in the country.
