Rules: All nominations/entries must be postmarked no later than February 16, 2007. Entries must include a completed entry form, essay, and one identifying photo. The selection of your nominee for the contest has a monetary value of less than $250.00 (includes 10 free copies of the calendar and one copyof the final calendar photo of each winner). Photos submitted as part of the entry application will not be returned but will be used only by the judges in deciding the winners. Incomplete entry forms or entries without an accompanying photo will be disqualified. Signed entry form nominations certify permission to use nominee's story and likeness and that nominee is 18 years of age or older; entries that do not contain this signed certification are invalid. By clicking "submit" online entries are considered signed, with the same conditions of permission applying. If selected, the winners will be required to sign a model release form consenting to the use of their identity and likeness. Each winner will be photographed by the Honoring Differences calendar design team and a photo of the winner's calendar photo will be provided free of charge to each winner. Six or more winners will be selected by ProGroup's calendar design team based on contentand will be featured in the 2008 Honoring Differences calendar. The decision of the judges is final.
